Dill Pickle Salad
🧾 Ingredients
2 cups dill pickles, chopped
1/2 cup pickle juice
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 cup cooked potatoes, diced (optional, for a heartier salad)
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
🥣 Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste

- Prep ingredients
Chop pickles, onion, celery, and eggs (if using).
If adding potatoes, boil them until tender, then cool and dice. - Make the dressing
In a bowl, mix:
mayonnaise
sour cream
mustard
dill
garlic powder
Add a little pickle juice for extra tang. - Combine
In a large bowl, add all salad ingredients.
Pour dressing over and mix well. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour for best flavor.
