Dill Pickle Salad
🧾 Ingredients
2 cups dill pickles, chopped
1/2 cup pickle juice
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 cup cooked potatoes, diced (optional, for a heartier salad)
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
🥣 Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste

  1. Prep ingredients
    Chop pickles, onion, celery, and eggs (if using).
    If adding potatoes, boil them until tender, then cool and dice.
  2. Make the dressing
    In a bowl, mix:
    mayonnaise
    sour cream
    mustard
    dill
    garlic powder
    Add a little pickle juice for extra tang.
  3. Combine
    In a large bowl, add all salad ingredients.
    Pour dressing over and mix well.
  4. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour for best flavor.
