🧾 Ingredients
Base:
4 large flour tortillas (soft and fresh)
200 g cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Fillings (mix & match):
150 g deli turkey, chicken, or ham
1 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
2 tbsp chopped olives or pickles
2 tbsp green onions (optional)
👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the spread
    In a bowl, mix:
    cream cheese
    mayonnaise
    garlic powder, salt, and pepper
    Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Assemble the wraps
    Lay a tortilla flat.
    Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface.
    Add a layer of meat, then sprinkle veggies and cheese evenly.
  3. Roll tightly
    Roll the tortilla tightly into a log (like a wrap).
    Wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (this helps them hold shape).
  5. Slice & serve
    Slice into 2–3 cm (1 inch) pinwheels.
    Arrange on a platter and serve cold.
