cinnamon - Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk:

milk
vanilla extract
melted butter - Combine
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
Mix gently until just combined (don’t overmix—small lumps are fine). - Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
Lightly grease with butter.
Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on top (about 2–3 minutes).
Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.
