Roasted Garlic Butter Parmesan Potatoes
🧾 Ingredients:
4 cups baby potatoes, halved
3 tbsp butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color & flavor)
1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat to 200°C (400°F)
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it
  2. Prepare potatoes
    Wash and cut baby potatoes in halves
    Pat them dry (this helps them crisp up!)
  3. Make garlic butter mix
    In a bowl, combine:
    Melted butter
    Olive oil
    Minced garlic
    Salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs
  4. Coat potatoes
    Add potatoes to the bowl and toss well until fully coated
  5. Add parmesan
    Sprinkle parmesan over potatoes and toss again lightly
  6. Arrange & roast
    Place potatoes cut side down on the baking sheet
    Roast for 30–35 minutes until golden, crispy, and tender
  7. Finish
    Garnish with fresh parsley
    Optional: sprinkle extra parmesan right after baking
    ✨ Tips for Perfect Potatoes:
    Don’t overcrowd the pan → better crispiness
    Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor
    Flip halfway if you want even browning (optional)
    Add chili flakes for a spicy kick 🌶️
