Roasted Garlic Butter Parmesan Potatoes
🧾 Ingredients:
4 cups baby potatoes, halved
3 tbsp butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color & flavor)
1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven
Preheat to 200°C (400°F)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it - Prepare potatoes
Wash and cut baby potatoes in halves
Pat them dry (this helps them crisp up!) - Make garlic butter mix
In a bowl, combine:
Melted butter
Olive oil
Minced garlic
Salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs - Coat potatoes
Add potatoes to the bowl and toss well until fully coated - Add parmesan
Sprinkle parmesan over potatoes and toss again lightly - Arrange & roast
Place potatoes cut side down on the baking sheet
Roast for 30–35 minutes until golden, crispy, and tender - Finish
Garnish with fresh parsley
Optional: sprinkle extra parmesan right after baking

Don’t overcrowd the pan → better crispiness
Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor
Flip halfway if you want even browning (optional)
