Air Fried Crispy Cauliflower
🧾 Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
2–3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup (60 g) all-purpose flour (or cornstarch for extra crispiness)
1/2 cup (120 ml) water or milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Optional: 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko (for extra crunch)
👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep cauliflower
    Wash and cut into bite-sized florets
    Pat dry well
  2. Make batter
    In a bowl, mix:
    Flour (or cornstarch)
    Water/milk
    Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
    Stir until smooth (like pancake batter)
  3. Coat
    Dip cauliflower florets into the batter
    Optional: roll in breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  4. Air fry
    Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F)
    Lightly spray basket with oil
    Place cauliflower in a single layer (don’t overcrowd)
    Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway
  5. Optional extra crisp
    Air fry an additional 3–5 minutes for extra crunch
    🔥 Optional Sauce Ideas:
    Buffalo sauce 🌶️
    Garlic parmesan 🧄🧀
    Honey soy glaze 🍯
    ✨ Tips:
    Don’t skip drying → helps crispiness
    Cook in batches for best results
    Cornstarch gives a lighter, crispier coating
    Spray lightly with oil before air frying
