Creamy Peach Condensed Milk Dessert (No-Bake)
🧾 Ingredients:
500 g peaches (fresh or canned, chopped)
100 g sweetened condensed milk
350 ml peach juice
200 ml milk
10 g gelatin (about 1 tbsp)
3–4 tbsp cold water (to bloom gelatin)
Optional: vanilla extract (1/2 tsp)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare gelatin
    In a small bowl, mix gelatin with cold water
    Let sit for 5–10 minutes to bloom
    Gently heat (microwave or stovetop) until dissolved (don’t boil)
  2. Blend mixture
    In a blender, combine:
    Peaches
    Condensed milk
    Peach juice
    Milk
    Vanilla (optional)
    Blend until smooth and creamy
  3. Add gelatin
    Slowly pour dissolved gelatin into the blender while mixing
    Blend briefly to combine
  4. Pour & chill
    Pour mixture into serving cups or a mold
    Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set
  5. Serve
    Garnish with peach slices or whipped cream if desired
    ✨ Tips:
    Use ripe peaches for best flavor
    For a richer version, replace milk with cream
    Add crushed biscuits as a base for a layered dessert
    Use canned peaches if fresh aren’t available
