Creamy Peach Condensed Milk Dessert (No-Bake)
🧾 Ingredients:
500 g peaches (fresh or canned, chopped)
100 g sweetened condensed milk
350 ml peach juice
200 ml milk
10 g gelatin (about 1 tbsp)
3–4 tbsp cold water (to bloom gelatin)
Optional: vanilla extract (1/2 tsp)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Prepare gelatin
In a small bowl, mix gelatin with cold water
Let sit for 5–10 minutes to bloom
Gently heat (microwave or stovetop) until dissolved (don’t boil) - Blend mixture
In a blender, combine:
Peaches
Condensed milk
Peach juice
Milk
Vanilla (optional)
Blend until smooth and creamy - Add gelatin
Slowly pour dissolved gelatin into the blender while mixing
Blend briefly to combine - Pour & chill
Pour mixture into serving cups or a mold
Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set - Serve
Garnish with peach slices or whipped cream if desired
✨ Tips:
Use ripe peaches for best flavor
For a richer version, replace milk with cream
Add crushed biscuits as a base for a layered dessert
Use canned peaches if fresh aren’t available
