Ham & Swiss Cracker Melts
🧾 Ingredients:
30–40 crackers (Ritz or similar buttery crackers)
150–200 g ham, sliced or chopped
150 g Swiss cheese, sliced or shredded
2 tbsp butter, melted
🍯 Optional Glaze (highly recommended):
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
Pinch of black pepper
👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat to 180°C (350°F)
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Assemble
    Place crackers on the baking sheet
    Add a small piece of ham on each cracker
    Top with Swiss cheese
  3. Make glaze (optional)
    Mix melted butter with Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, parsley, and pepper
  4. Brush
    Lightly brush the tops with the butter glaze
  5. Bake
    Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
  6. Serve
    Serve warm for best taste
    ✨ Tips:
    Use smoked ham for extra flavor 🔥
    Add a pickle slice on top for a tangy twist 🥒
    Try different cheeses (cheddar, mozzarella)
    Don’t overbake—crackers should stay crisp
