Ham & Swiss Cracker Melts
🧾 Ingredients:
30–40 crackers (Ritz or similar buttery crackers)
150–200 g ham, sliced or chopped
150 g Swiss cheese, sliced or shredded
2 tbsp butter, melted
🍯 Optional Glaze (highly recommended):
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
Pinch of black pepper
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven
Preheat to 180°C (350°F)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper - Assemble
Place crackers on the baking sheet
Add a small piece of ham on each cracker
Top with Swiss cheese - Make glaze (optional)
Mix melted butter with Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, parsley, and pepper - Brush
Lightly brush the tops with the butter glaze - Bake
Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly - Serve
Serve warm for best taste
