No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Bars
🧾 Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup)
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Prepare pan
Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Melt base mixture
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, peanut butter, and honey together. Stir until smooth.
Add flavor
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
Mix with oats
Add oats and mix until fully coated.
Form the base
Press half of the oat mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
Melt chocolate
Melt chocolate chips (microwave or double boiler), then spread evenly over the base.
Top layer
Crumble and press remaining oat mixture over the chocolate.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until firm.
Slice & serve
Cut into squares like in your photo.
🍯 Tips:
For extra crunch, add chopped nuts.
Swap peanut butter with almond butter if you like.
Keep refrigerated for best texture.
