Quick Crispy Baked Potatoes (Microwave + Oven Method)
🛒 Ingredients:
2–4 medium potatoes (Russet works best)
1–2 tablespoons olive oil (optional for extra crisp)
Salt, to taste
Optional: black pepper, garlic powder
👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prep the potatoes:
    Wash and scrub potatoes היט היט
    Pat completely dry
    Pierce each potato 5–6 times with a fork
  2. Microwave (the speed trick ⚡):
    Place potatoes in the microwave
    Cook on high for 5–8 minutes, flipping halfway
    They should be soft when squeezed (use a towel!)
  3. Crisp in the oven:
    Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F)
    Rub potatoes lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt
    Place directly on oven rack or tray
    Bake for 10–15 minutes until skin is crispy
  4. Serve:
    Slice open, fluff inside with a fork
    Add butter, cheese, sour cream, or toppings you love
    🔥 Air Fryer Option:
    Skip microwave OR do a short 5-min microwave first
    Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 10–15 minutes until crispy
    💡 Tips:
    Microwave cooks the inside fast, oven makes it crispy
    For extra crispy skin, sprinkle a little coarse salt before baking
    Add toppings like cheese, tuna, veggies, or leftover chicken
