Crockpot Honey Garlic Pork Chops
🛒 Ingredients:
4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic (minced)
¼ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
2 tablespoons water (if thickening)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Season the pork:
Lightly season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. - Optional sear (extra flavor):
Sear pork chops in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
(You can skip this if short on time.) - Make the sauce:
In a bowl, mix:
Honey
Soy sauce
Minced garlic
Ketchup
Apple cider vinegar - Assemble in crockpot:
Place pork chops in the slow cooker
Pour sauce evenly over the top - Cook:
LOW: 6–7 hours
HIGH: 3–4 hours
Until pork is tender and fully cooked. - Thicken sauce (optional):
Mix cornstarch with water
Stir into crockpot during last 20–30 minutes
Let sauce thicken - Serve:
Spoon extra sauce over pork chops before serving
