Pizza Monkey Bread
🛒 Ingredients:
32 oz refrigerated canned biscuits (cut into quarters)
6 oz pepperoni (sliced)
2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
⅓ cup butter (melted)
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic (minced)
½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
½ cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven:
Set to 180°C (350°F)
Grease a bundt pan or baking dish well - Prepare the dough:
Cut biscuits into quarters
Place in a large bowl - Season:
Add melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder
Toss until all pieces are coated - Add fillings:
Add pepperoni, mozzarella, and Parmesan
Toss gently to distribute evenly - Assemble:
Add half the mixture into the pan
Spoon a little pizza sauce over it
Add remaining mixture on top - Bake:
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through - Cool & serve:
Let rest for 5–10 minutes
Carefully invert onto a plate (if using bundt pan)
Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping 🍅
💡 Tips:
Add cooked sausage, olives, or bell peppers for a loaded version
Sprinkle extra cheese on top before baking for a cheesy crust
If browning too fast, cover loosely with foil
