Cheesy Chicken Crescent Rolls
📝 Ingredients
5 boneless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded or diced)
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 (10 oz / ~300 g) can cream of chicken soup
1 can full of milk (use the empty soup can to measure)
1 package crescent rolls
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven
Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Cook the chicken
Boil, bake, or pan-cook the chicken until fully cooked
Shred or dice into small pieces
Make the filling
In a bowl, mix:
Cooked chicken
Mozzarella cheese
Prepare crescent rolls
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles
Place a spoonful of chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle
Roll them up
Roll from the wide end to the tip
Place seam-side down in the baking dish
Make the sauce
In another bowl, whisk together:
Cream of chicken soup
Milk
Assemble
Pour the sauce evenly over the crescent rolls
Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly
