Butterfinger Balls (No-Bake Candy)
Sweet, crunchy, peanut-buttery bites coated in chocolate — super easy and perfect for parties!
🛒 Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups powdered sugar
1½ cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 6–8 fun-size bars)
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (for smooth melting)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Mix the base
In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Add dry ingredients
Stir in powdered sugar and crushed Butterfinger pieces. Mix until fully combined.
(If too soft, chill 10–15 minutes.)
Form the balls
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill
Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm.
Melt the chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
Dip & set
Using a fork, dip each ball into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
Return to the lined sheet.
Final chill
Refrigerate 20–30 minutes until chocolate is set.
