Introduction
Crispy Parmesan Garlic Potatoes are golden, crunchy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Coated with Garlic and savory Parmesan cheese, they’re the perfect side dish for any meal or a delicious snack.
Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g) Potatoes, cut into wedges or cubes
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves Garlic, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Optional Additions
Paprika or chili powder for a bit of heat
Lemon zest for freshness
Crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Potatoes
    Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges or cubes. Pat them dry with a towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Season
    In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Make sure each piece is coated evenly.
  4. Roast
    Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Add Parmesan
    Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the potatoes and roast for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese melts and becomes slightly crispy.
  6. Garnish and Serve
    Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
