Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls


🍫 Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls
🍽️ Makes: 20–24 balls
⏱️ Time: ~20 minutes + chilling
🛒 Ingredients
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey or corn syrup
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional coating:
Extra melted chocolate or cocoa powder
Sprinkles or crushed nuts
👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Melt mixture
    In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey.
    Stir until smooth and combined.
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  2. Combine
    In a large bowl, add Rice Krispies and powdered sugar.
    Pour melted mixture over and mix until evenly coated.
  3. Shape
    Let mixture cool slightly (so it’s easier to handle).
    Roll into small balls using your hands.
  4. Chill
    Place on a tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. Optional coating
    Dip in melted chocolate or roll in cocoa powder or nuts.
