🧈 3-Ingredient Semolina Breakfast Squares
Ingredients:
2 cups semolina (fine or medium)
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup sugar
Optional (but recommended):
1/2 cup melted butter or oil (for richness & crisp edges)
1 tsp baking powder (for a lighter texture)
Vanilla or lemon zest for flavor
Instructions:
Mix the batter
In a bowl, combine semolina, yogurt, and sugar.
Mix until smooth. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes so the semolina absorbs the moisture.
Add extras (optional)
Stir in melted butter/oil and baking powder if using.
Prepare the pan
Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Bake
Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth the top.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25–35 minutes, until golden on top.
Cool & cut
Let it cool slightly, then cut into squares like in your image.
