👩🍳 Instructions
- Prep the bread “volcano”
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Cut a deep circle in the center of the loaf and hollow it out (save bread pieces for dipping)
Lightly brush inside with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder + Italian seasoning - Make the cheese lava
In a saucepan over medium heat:
Add cream, cream cheese, and garlic
Stir until smooth
Add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan gradually
Stir until fully melted and creamy
Season with paprika, salt, and pepper - Assemble
Pour hot cheese mixture into the hollowed bread
Add any toppings (bacon, jalapeños, etc.) - Bake
Place filled bread on a baking tray
Bake for 10–15 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden on top - Serve
Place on a platter
Use the pulled bread pieces for dipping into the “cheese lava”
✨ Tips
Keep it warm by placing on a low-heat tray or reheating briefly
Add a splash of milk if cheese thickens too much
Mix cheeses for better melt (mozzarella = stretch, cheddar = flavor)
