🧀 Cheese Lava
2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella
1 cup (100 g) cheddar cheese
1/2 cup (50 g) Parmesan cheese
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
2 tbsp cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste

Jalapeños
Cooked sausage or ground beef
👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep the bread “volcano”
    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Cut a deep circle in the center of the loaf and hollow it out (save bread pieces for dipping)
Lightly brush inside with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder + Italian seasoning
  2. Make the cheese lava
In a saucepan over medium heat:
Add cream, cream cheese, and garlic
    Stir until smooth
Add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan gradually
Stir until fully melted and creamy
Season with paprika, salt, and pepper
  3. Assemble
Pour hot cheese mixture into the hollowed bread
Add any toppings (bacon, jalapeños, etc.)
  4. Bake
Place filled bread on a baking tray
Bake for 10–15 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden on top
  5. Serve
    Place on a platter
Use the pulled bread pieces for dipping into the “cheese lava”
    ✨ Tips
Keep it warm by placing on a low-heat tray or reheating briefly
Add a splash of milk if cheese thickens too much
Mix cheeses for better melt (mozzarella = stretch, cheddar = flavor)
