Fruit and Caramel Pudding Dessert
🧾 Ingredients:
1 banana, sliced
1 apple, diced
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
8 strawberries, halved
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 liter milk
2 sachets cream caramel pudding (about 200 g total)
~100 g cookies (biscuits of your choice)
Sliced almonds (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Prepare the fruit
In a large bowl, combine:
banana
apple
kiwi
strawberries
Drizzle with lemon juice and toss gently to prevent browning.
Set aside. - Make the caramel pudding
In a saucepan, pour in the milk.
Add the caramel pudding powder.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens (about 3–5 minutes).
Remove from heat. - Assemble the dessert
In a serving dish (or individual cups), start with a layer of cookies.
Add a layer of mixed fruits.
Pour a layer of warm caramel pudding over the fruits.
Repeat layers (cookies → fruit → pudding) until everything is used, finishing with pudding on top. - Garnish & chill
Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
Let it cool, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.
🍨 Serving:
Serve chilled for the best texture
Scoop into bowls or serve as slices if firm enough

Lightly soak cookies in milk or coffee for extra softness
Add a drizzle of caramel sauce for richer flavor
Swap fruits depending on season (peach, mango, grapes work great!)
Use digestive biscuits or tea biscuits for best layering
