April Sweetness Dessert (No-Bake Creamy Fruit Delight)
🧾 Ingredients:
200 g tea biscuits or digestive cookies
100 g butter, melted
250 g cream cheese (softened)
200 ml heavy cream (cold)
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
200 g strawberries (fresh, sliced)
2 tbsp honey or strawberry syrup
Zest of 1 lemon
Optional: blueberries, raspberries, or kiwi
👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Make the base
    Crush biscuits into fine crumbs
    Mix with melted butter until combined
    Press firmly into the bottom of a dish or pan
    Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes
  2. Prepare the cream layer
    In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth
    In another bowl, whip the cold cream until soft peaks form
    Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture
  3. Assemble
    Spread the creamy mixture over the chilled base
    Arrange sliced strawberries (and other fruits if using) on top
  4. Add finishing touch
    Drizzle honey or strawberry syrup
    Sprinkle lemon zest for a fresh spring flavor
  5. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set
    🍰 Serving:
    Slice into squares or serve in cups
    Best served chilled

    A soft, creamy dessert with:
    buttery biscuit base
    light cheesecake cream
    fresh, juicy spring fruits
    💡 Tips:
    Swap strawberries for mango or peaches for variation
    Add a jelly layer on top for a glossy finish
