Creamy Ranch Chicken (Crockpot)
🧾 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz / 28 g)
1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of chicken soup
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Optional:
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions
👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add to Crockpot
    Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
    Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the top.
  2. Add Creamy Ingredients
    Add:
    cream of chicken soup
    cream cheese (cut into chunks)
    chicken broth
    black pepper
    garlic powder
  3. Cook
    Cover and cook:
    Low: 6–7 hours
    High: 3–4 hours
  4. Shred & Mix
    Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
    Return shredded chicken to the crockpot.
    Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  5. Finish
    Stir in cheddar cheese (if using) until melted.
    Garnish with parsley or green onions.

    Over rice
    With pasta or egg noodles
    In sandwiches or wraps
    Over mashed potatoes
    🍽️ Tips for Best Results
    Don’t overcook to keep chicken juicy.
    Add a splash of milk if the sauce is too thick.
    For extra flavor, sear chicken before adding to crockpot (optional).
