Air Fried Crispy Cauliflower
🧾 Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
2–3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup (60 g) all-purpose flour (or cornstarch for extra crispiness)
1/2 cup (120 ml) water or milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Optional: 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko (for extra crunch)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prep cauliflower
Wash and cut into bite-sized florets
Pat dry well - Make batter
In a bowl, mix:
Flour (or cornstarch)
Water/milk
Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
Stir until smooth (like pancake batter) - Coat
Dip cauliflower florets into the batter
Optional: roll in breadcrumbs for extra crunch - Air fry
Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F)
Lightly spray basket with oil
Place cauliflower in a single layer (don’t overcrowd)
Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway - Optional extra crisp
Air fry an additional 3–5 minutes for extra crunch
