4-Ingredient Slow Cooker “Mom’s Weekend Chicken”
🧾 Ingredients
4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
1 block (225g) cream cheese, cubed
1 can (300–400 ml) cream of chicken soup
👨🍳 Instructions
- Layer everything
Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
Add the cream of chicken soup on top.
Place cubed cream cheese over everything. - Cook
Cover and cook on:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours - Shred & mix
Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.
Stir well until the cream cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Or in sandwiches, wraps, or with crusty bread
