Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls (No Bake)
🛒 Ingredients
3 cups (90 g) Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup (170 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup (125 g) peanut butter (creamy)
1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter
1/3 cup (110 g) honey or corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Melt the Chocolate Mixture
In a saucepan over low heat, combine butter, peanut butter, honey (or corn syrup), and chocolate chips.
Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
2️⃣ Add the Cereal
Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Krispies in a large bowl.
Stir gently until all cereal is well coated.
3️⃣ Shape the Balls
Let mixture cool slightly (so it’s easier to handle).
Grease your hands lightly.
Roll into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
Place on a parchment-lined tray.
4️⃣ Chill
Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm.

✔ Dust with powdered sugar
✔ Drizzle with extra melted chocolate
✔ Add mini marshmallows
