Ingredients
1 cup Fairlife Core Power Strawberry (or any strawberry protein shake)
1 tbsp Sugar-free strawberry gelatin powder (for flavor and “fluff” texture)
1 scoop Vanilla or Strawberry Isopure protein powder (Zero Carb)
1/4 cup Cold water or unsweetened almond milk
Topping: 1 medium fresh strawberry, thinly sliced
Instructions
Combine: In a high-speed blender or using an immersion blender, combine the protein shake, sugar-free gelatin powder, protein powder, and water.
Aerate: Blend on high for 60–90 seconds. This incorporates air, giving it a voluminous, mousse-like “fluff” texture that feels more like ice cream.
Chill: For a firmer, ice-cream-like consistency, pour the mixture into a small ramekin or shallow bowl and place it in the freezer for about 20–30 minutes. Do not let it freeze solid.
Garnish: Top with the sliced fresh strawberry just before serving.
