Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken or pork
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
2 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
12 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook meat in a pan until browned.
  2. Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes.
  3. Place filling in the center of each wrapper.
  4. Roll tightly and seal edges with water.
  5. Heat oil and fry until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
