✅Homemade Egg Rolls
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken or pork
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
2 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
12 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook meat in a pan until browned.
- Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes.
- Place filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Roll tightly and seal edges with water.
- Heat oil and fry until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
