🛒 Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g) beef stew meat (raw, cubed)
1 packet (1 oz / 28 g) dry onion soup mix
1 cup (240 ml) beef broth
1/2 cup (120 ml) barbecue sauce

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Add Everything to the Slow Cooker
Place raw cubed beef into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over the top.
Pour in beef broth and barbecue sauce.
Stir gently to combine.
2️⃣ Cook Low & Slow
Cover and cook:
Low: 7–8 hours
High: 4–5 hours
Beef is ready when it’s fork-tender and juicy.
3️⃣ Optional Thick Sauce
If you want thicker gravy:
Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons cold water.
Stir into slow cooker during last 20 minutes on High.
