1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional but recommended)
1 1/2 cups diced apples (about 1–2 apples)
Optional Glaze
1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
2–3 tablespoons milk
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.

The batter will be thick — that’s perfect.
5️⃣ Shape & Bake
Drop spoonfuls (about 1/4 cup each) onto baking sheet.
Slightly shape into rough rounds (rustic look is traditional).
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Optional:
For extra browning, broil 1–2 minutes at the end (watch carefully!).
