8 cubes mozzarella cheese (about 1-inch pieces)
4 tablespoons (60 g) unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional but delicious)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

2️⃣ Fill the Biscuits
Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 3–4 inch circle.
Place a cube of mozzarella in the center.
Wrap dough around cheese and pinch seams tightly to seal.
Roll gently into a ball.
(Make sure seams are fully sealed so cheese doesn’t leak out.)

Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and Italian seasoning.
4️⃣ Bake
Place dough balls seam-side down on baking sheet.
Brush generously with garlic butter.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top (optional).
