Mini Beef & Cheese Pizzas
Perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or quick family dinners — these mini pizzas are cheesy, savory, and super easy to make.
🛒 Ingredients (Makes 10–12 Mini Pizzas)
For the Base:
1 package pizza dough (store-bought) or 2 cups homemade dough
(You can also use English muffins, mini pita, or sandwich buns)
For the Topping:
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
½ small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup pizza sauce (or marinara)
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional:
Sliced olives
Diced bell peppers
Chili flakes
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cook the Beef
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add onion and cook 2–3 minutes until soft.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Add ground beef, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
Cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Let cool slightly.
3️⃣ Prepare the Bases
Roll dough and cut into small circles (about 8–10 cm wide).
Place on prepared baking tray.
4️⃣ Assemble
Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on each mini base.
Add a spoonful of cooked beef.
Sprinkle generously with mozzarella.
Add any extra toppings.
5️⃣ Bake
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden and crust is cooked.
🔥 Tips
For crispier bottoms, pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
Add a sprinkle of Parmesan after baking.
Freeze before baking for quick future snacks.
