Healthy Oat Dessert (No Flour, No Added Sugar, No Oil)

Naturally sweet, soft, and perfect for breakfast or a light dessert. Made with simple ingredients and no refined flour or added sugar.🛒 Ingredients120 grams oat flakes (about ¾ cup + 1 tablespoon)200 ml hot milk (about ⅚ cup)2 large eggs⭐ Optional Natural Sweeteners & Flavor (Recommended)1 mashed ripe banana or 2–3 tablespoons honey/maple syrup½ teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 handful raisins or chopped dates1 teaspoon baking powder (for a fluffier texture)👩‍🍳 Instructions1️⃣ Soften the OatsPlace oats in a bowl.Pour hot milk over them.Let sit for 5–10 minutes to soften.2️⃣ Mix the BatterAdd eggs to the soaked oats and mix well.If using banana, mash it first and stir in.Add cinnamon, vanilla, and baking powder (if using).Mix until combined.3️⃣ BakePreheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Pour mixture into a lightly greased or parchment-lined small baking dish.Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top.4️⃣ Cool & ServeLet cool slightly before slicing.Enjoy warm or chilled.🍓 Serving IdeasTop with Greek yogurtAdd fresh berriesSprinkle with nutsDrizzle a little peanut butter
