🛒 Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Cream Cheese Layer:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
Topping:
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

Make the crust:
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly combined.
Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch (or 9×13-inch for thinner layers) dish.
Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to set.
Prepare the filling:
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy.
Gently fold in whipped topping until light and smooth.
Assemble:
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over chilled crust.
Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over the top.
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate at least 2–4 hours before serving.
