Lemon Ginger Water

Lemon Ginger Water (Refreshing & Soothing)
Bright, zesty, and perfect for mornings or hydration throughout the day.
Yields: 4 servings
Prep time: 5 minutes
Infuse time: 15 minutes (or overnight for stronger flavor)
🛒 Ingredients
1 large lemon, thinly sliced
1–2 inches fresh ginger root, peeled and thinly sliced
4 cups water (cold or warm)
Optional: 1–2 teaspoons honey
Optional: fresh mint leaves
👩‍🍳 Instructions
For Cold Infused Water:
1️⃣ Add lemon slices and ginger to a pitcher.
2️⃣ Pour in cold water.
3️⃣ Refrigerate at least 15–30 minutes (or up to overnight).
4️⃣ Stir and serve over ice.
For Warm Lemon Ginger Water:
1️⃣ Bring water to a gentle simmer (not boiling).
2️⃣ Add ginger slices and let steep 5–10 minutes.
3️⃣ Remove from heat and add lemon slices.
4️⃣ Sweeten with honey if desired.
