🛒 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 rolls or 1 small loaf)
2 cups self-rising flour
1½ cups plain Greek yogurt (thick, unsweetened)
❗ If you don’t have self-rising flour:
Mix 2 cups all-purpose flour + 1 tbsp baking powder + ½ tsp salt

1️⃣ Mix
In a bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.
Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
2️⃣ Knead (Quickly!)
Turn onto a lightly floured surface.
Knead gently for 2–3 minutes until smooth.

3️⃣ Shape
You can:
Form into small rolls
Shape into a small loaf
Flatten for flatbread
