Crust

Lemon Pudding Layer
2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant Lemon Pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
Top Layer
2 cups whipped topping
1 tablespoon lemon zest for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, then allow it to cool completely. - Make the Cream Cheese Layer
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
Spread evenly over the cooled crust. - Prepare the Lemon Layer
In a bowl, whisk instant lemon pudding mix with cold milk for about 2 minutes.
Let it thicken slightly.
Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer. - Add the Top Layer
Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
Sprinkle lemon zest on top for flavor and decoration. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) before cutting into squares.
