Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs
📝 Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
8 cubes mozzarella cheese (or string cheese cut into pieces)
3 tbsp butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven
Set oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking tray.
Prepare the biscuits
Separate the biscuit dough
Flatten each piece into a small circle
Add the cheese
Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each
Wrap dough around the cheese and pinch to seal tightly
Roll gently into balls
Make garlic butter
In a small bowl, mix:
Melted butter
Garlic
Parsley
Salt and pepper
Coat the bombs
Dip or brush each dough ball with the garlic butter
Place seam-side down on the tray
Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown
Finish
Brush with remaining garlic butter
Sprinkle Parmesan on top if using
