Ingredients
Crust
2 cups Graham crackers, crushed
½ cup melted Butter
2 tablespoons Sugar

900 g (32 oz) Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Sour cream
3 large Egg
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ cup Heavy cream

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. - Bake the Crust
Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes, then let it cool. - Make the Filling
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. - Add Remaining Ingredients
Mix in sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, and flour. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. - Fill the Pan
Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust and smooth the top. - Bake
Bake for 50–60 minutes until the edges are set but the center slightly jiggles. - Cool Slowly
Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture. - Serve
Slice and serve plain or with your favorite topping.
