🧾 Ingredients (serves 6–8)
500 g (1 lb) ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 can (300 g) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (300 g) cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional but recommended)
1 tbsp butter (for greasing)

- Cook the noodles
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook egg noodles until just tender (al dente), then drain and set aside. - Prepare the beef mixture
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Drain excess fat. - Make the creamy sauce
In a bowl, mix:
Cream of mushroom soup
Cream of chicken soup
Milk
Paprika, salt, and pepper - Combine everything
Add cooked noodles to the beef mixture.
Pour in the sauce and stir until well combined. - Assemble the casserole
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top (if using). - Bake
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
