Southern 3-Ingredient Peach Brie Bites
✅ Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
1 wheel of brie cheese
½–1 cup peach preserves or jam
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven
Preheat to 190°C (375°F)
Lightly grease a mini muffin tin - Prepare pastry
Roll out puff pastry slightly
Cut into small squares (about 5 cm / 2 inches) - Assemble
Press each pastry square into muffin cups
Add a small cube of brie
Top with 1 tsp peach preserves - Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed - Serve
Let cool slightly (filling will be hot!)
Serve warm
