Nut & Seed Healthy Fat Bread (Flourless, Hearty & Nourishing)
This dense, sliceable bread is packed with healthy fats, fiber, and protein—great for breakfast or a clean snack.
🛒 Ingredients
1 cup almonds (whole or chopped)
½ cup walnuts, chopped
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup flaxseeds
¼ cup chia seeds
3 tbsp psyllium husk powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
2 tbsp melted coconut oil or olive oil
1½ cups (360 ml) warm water
👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl, combine almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, psyllium husk, and salt.
  2. Add wet ingredients
Stir in honey (if using), oil, and warm water.
Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Let it set
Let the mixture sit for 10–15 minutes.
It will thicken into a gel-like dough as the psyllium and chia absorb the liquid.
  4. Shape the loaf
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Press the mixture firmly into the pan, smoothing the top.
  5. Bake
    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
    Bake for 45–50 minutes.
Remove from pan, place directly on oven rack, and bake another 15–20 minutes to firm up.
  6. Cool completely
Let cool for at least 1–2 hours before slicing (important for structure).
