Homemade 1-Point “3 Musketeer” Candy Bars
🧾 Ingredients:
For the fluffy center:
1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2–3 tablespoons powdered sweetener (like erythritol or stevia blend, to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup light whipped topping (like Cool Whip, sugar-free if possible)
For the coating:
100 g dark chocolate (70% or sugar-free)
1 teaspoon coconut oil
🔪 Instructions:
Make the mousse center
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping
Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy—this creates that classic airy texture.
Shape the bars
Line a tray with parchment paper. Spoon the mixture into small bar shapes (or spread and cut later).
Freeze
Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
Melt chocolate coating
Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave (in 20-second intervals) or over a double boiler.
Coat the bars
Dip each frozen bar into melted chocolate, coating fully. Place back on parchment paper.
Set
Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens (about 15–20 minutes).
🍽️ Serving:
Keep refrigerated until ready to eat
Best enjoyed slightly chilled for that soft, mousse-like center

Use silicone molds for perfect bar shapes
Add a pinch of salt to enhance the chocolate flavor
For extra protein, use high-protein yogurt
