Creamy Layered Delight

Creamy Layered Delight (No-Bake Biscuit Pudding)
🛒 Ingredients
2 packs tea biscuits (like digestive or Maria biscuits)
2 cups (480 ml) milk (for dipping biscuits)
Cream Layer
2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream (cold)
1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Flavor Layers
2 tablespoons cocoa powder or chocolate syrup
1/2 cup crushed nuts (almonds, peanuts, or pistachios)
1/2 cup chocolate chips or grated chocolate
Sliced bananas or strawberries (optional)
👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream
In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold in the condensed milk and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Prepare biscuits
Pour milk into a shallow bowl.
Quickly dip each biscuit into the milk (don’t soak too long or they’ll fall apart).
  3. Layer the dessert
In a dish (20×20 cm or similar), arrange a layer of dipped biscuits.
Spread a layer of cream over the biscuits.
Sprinkle cocoa powder or drizzle chocolate syrup if using.
Add nuts or fruit if desired.
  4. Repeat layers
Continue layering: biscuits → cream → toppings.
Finish with a thick cream layer on top.
  5. Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is best) until set.
    🍽️ Serving
Slice like a cake or scoop into bowls.
Top with extra chocolate, nuts, or fruit before serving.
    💡 Tips
Add instant coffee to the milk for a tiramisu-style twist.
Use flavored biscuits (chocolate or coconut) for variety.
The longer it chills, the softer and more cake-like it becomes.
