Zero-Carb Mug Bread
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter (or coconut oil)
1 egg
1 tablespoon cream cheese (softened)
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Melt butter
Place butter in a microwave-safe mug and melt (about 20–30 seconds).
Mix batter
Add egg and cream cheese. Whisk well until smooth.
Stir in baking powder and salt until fully combined.
Microwave
Microwave on high for 90 seconds (time may vary slightly depending on your microwave).
Cool & remove
Let it cool for 1–2 minutes, then run a knife around the edges and remove from the mug.
Slice & enjoy
Slice in half and toast for best texture!

Add garlic powder or herbs for a savory version 🧄
Sprinkle shredded cheese into the batter for extra flavor
Toasting makes it firmer and more bread-like
