Creamy Cheesy Beef Bowtie Pasta
🧾 Ingredients
1 lb (450g) ground beef
8 oz (225g) bowtie pasta (farfalle)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk (or cream for richer sauce)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
½ tsp paprika (optional)
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook the pasta
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside. - Brown the beef
In a large skillet, heat a little oil.
Add onion and cook until soft.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Drain excess fat if needed. - Make the creamy sauce
Add cream of mushroom soup and milk to the beef.
Stir well until smooth and heated through.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. - Combine
Add cooked pasta to the sauce.
Mix until everything is well coated. - Add cheese
Stir in shredded cheddar until melted and creamy.
🍽️ Serve
Serve hot and cheesy.
Optional: sprinkle extra cheese or fresh parsley on top.
