3-Ingredient Flavorful Potatoes
Ingredients
2 lbs (900g) baby potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes
1 packet onion soup mix
1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and dry the potatoes. If large, cut them into halves or quarters.
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil and onion soup mix until evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet or roasting pan.
Roast for 35–45 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
Serve hot.
