Pink Strawberry Elixir 🍓🌸
A refreshing, fruity drink perfect for warm days, parties, or a healthy afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
4 cups cold water
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Lemon slices for serving
Instructions
Add the strawberries, lemon juice, honey, and ginger (if using) to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove seeds, if desired.
Stir in the cold water and mix well.
Taste and add more sweetener if needed.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.
Optional Boosts
Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds for extra fiber.
Mix in sparkling water instead of still water for a fizzy version.
Add a splash of coconut water for extra hydration.
