How to Make Aloe Vera Oil for Hair Growth & Hair Fall Control
Aloe vera is known for soothing the scalp, reducing dandruff, and supporting healthier-looking hair. While it doesn’t magically “cure” hair loss, it can help improve scalp condition — which supports stronger hair growth.
🧴 Ingredients
1 fresh aloe vera leaf (or 3 tablespoons pure aloe gel)
1 cup coconut oil (or olive oil)
Optional: 1 teaspoon castor oil (for thicker texture)
👩‍🍳 Method 1: Heated Infusion (Stronger)
1️⃣ Wash and cut the aloe leaf.
2️⃣ Scoop out the clear gel (avoid the yellow latex part).
3️⃣ Blend the gel until smooth.
4️⃣ In a pan, add coconut oil and aloe gel.
5️⃣ Heat on very low for 10–15 minutes, stirring gently.
6️⃣ When it stops bubbling and turns slightly clear, remove from heat.
7️⃣ Cool completely.
8️⃣ Strain using a clean cloth.
9️⃣ Store in a clean glass bottle (keep in a cool place).
🌿 Method 2: Simple No-Heat Method
1️⃣ Mix 3 tablespoons aloe gel with 1 cup coconut oil.
2️⃣ Blend well until combined.
3️⃣ Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
4️⃣ Use within 1–2 weeks.
💆 How to Use
Apply oil to scalp.
Massage gently for 5–10 minutes.
Leave for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
Wash with mild shampoo.
Use 2–3 times per week.
