Tender Cake

Tender Cake (No Sugar, No Flour)
Naturally sweet, soft, and moist — made with simple wholesome ingredients. Perfect if you want a lighter dessert without refined sugar or flour.
🛒 Ingredients
2 ripe bananas (well mashed)
2 eggs
1 cup almond flour
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or natural yogurt)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional:
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free if desired)
Handful of chopped nuts
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a small 8-inch cake pan or line with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together:
Mashed bananas
Eggs
Yogurt
Vanilla
Mix until smooth.
3️⃣ Add Dry Ingredients
Stir in:
Almond flour
Baking powder
Salt
Cinnamon (if using)
Mix just until combined.
4️⃣ Bake
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5️⃣ Cool
Let cool 10–15 minutes before slicing. It becomes more tender as it sets.
