Creamy Chia Pudding (Healthy No-Cook Dessert)
A rich, creamy, naturally sweet treat you can prep in 5 minutes — perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert!
🛒 Ingredients (2 servings)
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup milk (almond, coconut, oat, or dairy)
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (for extra creaminess)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Mix
In a bowl or jar, whisk together milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
Stir in chia seeds (and Greek yogurt if using).
2️⃣ Rest & Stir Again
Let sit 5–10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
3️⃣ Chill
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
It will thicken into a pudding texture.
4️⃣ Serve
Stir well before serving. Add your favorite toppings!
