Ingredients:

1 loaf of bread
1 chicken fillet
Salt, to taste
Paprika, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Butter
7 eggs
Parsley, chopped
100g mozzarella cheese
300g chopped mushrooms
Olive oil
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Take a loaf of bread, cut off the top, and remove the inner pulp to create a hollow cavity.
Season chicken fillet with salt, paprika, and garlic powder, then fry in melted butter until golden brown; set aside.
Whisk eggs in a bowl, season with salt, and pour into the hollowed-out bread.
Layer cooked chicken on top of the eggs, then sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is golden.
For the mushroom mix, heat olive oil in a pan, fry mushrooms until golden, season with salt, and place in a second hollowed-out bread with the remaining beaten eggs and chopped parsley.
Top with cheese and bake as before.
