Bay Leaf and Clove Herbal Tea 🍃☕
Ingredients
2 cups water
2 dried bay leaves
3–4 whole cloves
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Boil the water in a small saucepan.
Add the bay leaves and cloves to the boiling water.
Simmer on low heat for about 8–10 minutes so the flavors and beneficial compounds infuse into the water.
Strain the tea into a cup to remove the bay leaves and cloves.
Add honey and lemon juice if desired for extra flavor.
Serve warm and enjoy.
Tips
Drink 1 cup in the morning or evening for best benefits.
